Oprah calls Diana Jordan, “One of the funniest people on the planet!”
A stand-up comedian with twenty-five years under her belt, Diana Jordan has worked for the best, with the best, and is ONE OF THE BEST FEMALE STAND-UP COMEDIANS AROUND!
“Diana Jordan is extremely funny and consistent. Really funny female comics are hard to find in this business!” – Indianapolis Comedy Connection
A renowned stand-up comedian, Diana has been nominated by the American Comedy Awards as one of the Top Five Female Comedians in the country. She’s been seen on Showtime, Showtime Specials, HBO, ComedyCentral, VH1, and many more. Diana’s C.D. is regularly played on Sirius XM Radio and Pandora.
Diana has also used her talent as a writer in a hilarious best-selling book featured on Oprah called, A Wife’s Little Instruction Book, Your Survival Guide To Marriage Without Bloodshed! which has sold over 500,000 copies in five languages.
For the last two and a half decades Diana has headlined America’s top comedy clubs and entertained our troops overseas.
For over a year she performed her widely popular one-woman-show, Female, Fertile, and Frustrated!, which she wrote, produced, directed, and performed at the world famous Ice House Comedy Club in Pasadena, California.
Female, Fertile, and Frustrated! is still the longest running one-person show in the forty year history of The Ice House.
Diana studied improv for many years in “off the wall” classes with classmate Robin Williams (whom she also dated). She has been under contract to the CBS Network and Twentieth Century Fox for her self-written sitcom and is a member of SAG, AFTRA, The National Speakers Association, and The Writers Guild of America. She has opened in concert around the country for major stars at The Kennedy Center, Garden State Arts Center, and Radio City Music Hall.
Diana is a sassy, clever and high energy stand-up comedian who grabs audiences from the moment she explodes on the stage.
Her show, incorporating her great voice as a singer, includes an audience favorite: a character she created named “Ms. Pepper.” Ms Pepper is 80 years old and works at a local VFW to supplement her income. She is sardonic and sarcastic yet entirely lovable. Diana presents a show with a unique perspective on relationships, social media, the changing world, and dealing with getting older.
Diana can also be seen in her co-starring role in Loretta’s Surprise, which was featured at the Sundance Film Festival. Director Cameron Crowe hand-picked her to be in the divorced women’s group in the Oscar-nominated movie Jerry Maguire with Tom Cruise. You’ll see her sitting next to Cruise during the now famous “You complete me” and “You had me at hello” scenes!
Cruise says, “Diana is funny and smart, she had me at her first joke!”
